What does dealer & new car delivery cost?
It depends on distance and body type. A sedan on a 1,200 km corridor runs ₹9,500 – ₹13,000. Every route page publishes its own price range, and the estimator on this page will price your specific journey.
How is the vehicle secured during transit?
Soft straps over the tyres rather than the chassis or suspension, four-point tie-down, and wheel chocks. Low-clearance vehicles load on a hydraulic lift rather than a wooden ramp, which is where most loading damage in this industry actually happens.
Is the vehicle insured?
Yes. Transit insurance for the full declared value is included, with the policy reference issued before the carrier leaves. Declared values above ₹40 lakh get cover arranged specifically for that vehicle.
What documents do I need to hand over?
A copy of the RC, a valid insurance certificate, your ID proof and - if you are not present at pickup - an authorisation letter. We prepare the transport paperwork and the GST invoice ourselves.
Can I track the vehicle in transit?
Yes. Carriers are GPS tracked and we share the driver’s direct number at dispatch, so you can call the person actually with your vehicle rather than a call centre.
