We move your car across India, safely and on time.
Most car transport websites are lead-generation pages. They take your number and pass it on to whoever bids for it, and you spend the next two days fielding calls from companies you did not choose. We coordinate the move directly: one dispatch desk in Gurugram manages it end to end, through a verified carrier network, with no hidden charges and no renegotiating at the doorstep.

Every photo here is an actual job.
Not stock photography - cars mid-load, crew mid-strap, and customers picking up their keys, pulled straight from jobs we've actually run.

The carrier decides the price, the transit time and how the vehicle arrives. Pick the one that matches the car, not the one the transporter has spare.
Most bookedOpen multi-car carrier
Six to nine vehicles on one deck. The economical default for any run over 400 km.
See how it works →
Enclosed carrier
Hard-sided and sealed. No road grit, no rain, no sun - and nobody can see in.
See how it works →
Single-car flatbed
Winch and tilt-bed for one vehicle. Short notice, and anything that will not roll.
See how it works →
Car and bike together
Two-wheelers ride the same deck as your car, for a fraction of a second booking.
See how it works →There is a difference between a transporter and a website that finds you one.
Search for car transport and you will find a dozen sites quoting confident prices for the same journey - and disagreeing with each other by three times. That happens because none of them have driven the route.
We coordinate every one of these corridors ourselves. The transit times and loading days are drawn from deliveries actually run on each route, and every price range on this site is checked against researched market rates - not invented to sound more precise than it is.
How we operate →Other transport websites
- Sells your enquiry to several transporters
- Prices estimated from other websites
- Cannot tell you who will actually arrive
- No accountability once the carrier is booked
- Transit times copied from a map
Abhi Car Transport
- One dispatch desk, one point of contact
- No hidden charges - price fixed in writing
- Driver name and number shared at dispatch
- We answer for the vehicle end to end
- Transit spreads from real deliveries
Every kind of vehicle, including the ones others turn down.
Non-running, accidental and low-clearance vehicles need specific equipment and a crew that has handled them before. Most transporters quietly decline. We do not.

Six steps, and you know where the car is at every one.
No stage of this happens out of your sight. Every handover is photographed and timestamped, and you have the driver's direct number the whole way.
- 01
Tell us the two cities
Use the estimator above or call the dispatch desk. You get a price range immediately, not a callback promise.
- 02
We confirm in writing
A fixed quote with the carrier type, pickup window and delivery window. This number does not move later.
- 03
Condition report at pickup
Photographs of every panel, the odometer and the interior, timestamped and shared with you before loading.
- 04
Loading and securing
Soft straps over the tyres, never the chassis. Low-clearance vehicles go on a hydraulic lift, not a wooden ramp.
- 05
Tracked in transit
GPS on the carrier and the driver’s direct number. Call the driver, not a call centre.
- 06
Delivery and sign-off
Second condition report at handover, compared against the first. Any dispute is settled against photographs, not memory.

This is our crew, on a real job. Those are real registration plates.
There will not be a single stock photograph on this website. Every image is a vehicle moved through our network, handled by the crew assigned to the job.
It sounds like a small thing. It is not. In an industry where most sites illustrate themselves with licensed foreign truck photos, being able to show the actual job is the difference between a claim and a fact.
Questions people actually ask
How much does it cost to transport a car in India?
Most inter-city moves fall between ₹6,000 – ₹8,000 for a hatchback on a short run and ₹13,500 – ₹17,500 for an SUV on a long one. Price is driven by distance, body type and whether you choose an open or enclosed carrier. Our price ranges are published on every route page rather than held back until a phone call - no hidden charges.
Are you a transporter or a booking website?
We coordinate the transport directly rather than reselling your enquiry. One dispatch desk in Gurugram manages your move from pickup to delivery through a verified carrier network. When you call, you reach the people handling your booking - not a call centre that sells your number to five companies.
How long does car transport take between cities?
Short corridors like Gurgaon to Jaipur are one to two days. Delhi or Gurgaon to Bangalore, Chennai or Kochi typically runs six to nine days door to door. Every route page on this site publishes the actual spread of delivery times for that corridor, not just a best case.
Is my car insured while it is being transported?
Yes. Every vehicle moves under transit insurance for its declared value, and we issue the policy reference before the carrier leaves. For declared values above ₹40 lakh we arrange higher cover specifically for that vehicle.
Can you transport a car that does not start?
Yes. Non-running, accidental and seized vehicles are a routine part of our work - they need a winch, a flatbed or wheel skates and a crew that has done it before. We quote these honestly upfront rather than adding a surcharge once the carrier has arrived.
Will the price change after you collect the car?
No. The quote we confirm in writing is the amount you pay - no hidden charges - provided the vehicle matches what you described. Renegotiating at pickup is the single most common complaint in this industry and it is not how we operate.
Tell us the two cities. We will tell you the price and the date.
No callback queue, no bidding war between five transporters. One dispatch desk that knows the corridor.
